speechless

Lost my voice this morning due to extreme stress-induced yelling on the parade square yesterday to get them ready with insufficient time. How do you be an instructor without a voice?

hahaha, the deadly art of silent drill and the violent effects of an instructor's stare... good luck getting your voice back.

if you want a totally bullshit response: "Teach(or is it lead) by Example", doesn't that mean teaching by voice isn't as effective as teaching by body/example?

Normally, I would suggest you to take some kind of Chinese syrup that I find extremely helpful in this situation. However, being at Coldlake, I doubt you have access to it. Nor do I think you can get chrysanthemum tea. Perhaps honey or our apple cinnamon tea would help.

Try not to clear your throat. Every time you do that it actually hurts your vocal cords too.

Next time, remember to warm up your voice and breathe while speaking. I think you can speak loudly without yelling. Commands, well, can be spoken too, right?
